Volunteering with NAYA
On Tuesday, November 16, members of the Service Committee volunteered at a College and Career Night held at the Portland Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA). Although we were asked to help with childcare rather than to answer questions about college, it was still a fun experience and we were able to interact with some of the warmhearted NAYA employees. It was great to see the supportive network that NAYA maintains for the Portland Native community!
